Need help in changing the email of the Arcana Dashboard account

We as an organisation use Arcana for the authentication on our Dapp. However, the current account we are using is one of our past employees. We need to change the primary email of that account to the company email.

I cannot simply create other account, because that results in us losing our user data.

Could you please help me out with that?
