x3d export ImageTexture url double quotation marks

Please explain why there are double quotation marks here?

Maybe I'm wrong, but just single ones are enough .

Variant without double quotes

<ImageTexture url='469_x3d_Texture_0.jpg'/>

It seems to me that the texture name can be the full filename. For example, c:\Program Files (x86)\GeoS\K3-Mebel PKM Online 8.1.... And here you can't do without quotation marks.

Am I right with this statement?

In my app, these quotes resulted in an error, so I'm not sure
