(GTK) dragging to change position in song has changed and is no longer usable #1692

|
In previous versions I could grab the meter showing the song position and easily drag it, and it would immediately resume playback at this new position. Now, since upgrading from Debian 12 to Debian 13, this is no longer possible, and even clicking on audacious sometimes does absolutely nothing. This is on Audacious 4.4.2 in Debian Trixie (13) on an Xfce desktop. If you need more info, just ask, I'll gladly provide it. Does anyone see anything similar? |

Running in QT mode works fine, but I get the bad behavior back when going back to GTK again. |

What was the Audacious version before? The difference is maybe that it used GTK 2 on Debian 12 and GTK 3 on Debian 13. I also use Xfce and have never seen such behavior. |

@radioactiveman - thanks, I'm on my customized version of Clearlooks, and of course it works fine if I go to some GTK theme from the distro... I didn't have that in mind, but it most definitely is a theme problem. Sorry for the noise! |

Does the issue also occur with the default theme? Try please
GTK_THEME=Adwaita audacious --gtk.I also use Xfce and have never seen such behavior.
