Some MIDI files are way too quiet when played

I've got a good handful of MIDI files that I like to listen to on Audacious, but some of them are way too quiet. Is there any way to boost the volume of these files?

Have you had a look at the AMIDI-Plug settings in Audacious yet? Try activating "Override default gain" and raising its value.
