Which Dockerfile is supposed to be used with VScode dev environment?
Is it the one that is in .devcontainer/Dockerfile (not updated in years)? Or should we point the .devcontainer/devcontainer.json to the dockerfile that's in the root of the repo (more consistently updated)?
