rpc url 8545 port not run, in docker why?

I ran blockscout frontend, its ran good, after trying to run backend containers, but backend & user-ops containers not yet run, its in Restarting (1) why? also the port 8545 not running

Hello, you run backend use file external-frontend.yml right ?

after changing the yml file also 3 containers Restarting (1) status, also the 8545 port is not running,

sorry, your frontend is manual of with docker-compose ?

my frontend running on manual. I've fully followed manual deployment, but the rpc url http://localhost:8545 is not running.. so I check in docker here I run geth rpc but still 8545 port not running

backend running on port 3001 correctly, but response like empty array for stats, blocks, transactions etc.., so I think the problem is not running the port 8545? so can you help me with this?
