Can you get coin back if sent to wrong address

In most cases, no.

If the transaction is confirmed on chain, Blockscout cannot reverse it or pull the funds back. It is only showing what already happened on the network.

You usually only have a real recovery path in a few cases:

• you control the destination address
• the destination belongs to an exchange or service that can credit or return it
• the transfer was on the wrong network, and the receiving service supports recovery for that network

If it was sent to a normal address that you do not control, and the transaction is final, it is usually gone.

If you want, post the transaction hash and the token or coin name. Then people can at least tell you which of those cases you are in.
