Setup sees a Windows 8 instead of Windows 10 or 11

Hi!
I just tried to install a software for tax stuff.
The latest version of the application only supports Windows 10 and Windows 11.
The setup supposedly recognizes Windows 8 at startup and immediately refuses to install.
The previous version installed without any problems.

How can I tell the application that it definitely has Windows 11?
I have tried it with Win11 as system and soda, caffee and proton as runner.
None of this works :(

Error is in german, because its a german software.
"The software is not compatible with Windows 8!
Please install a current Windows version first (Windows 10 64-bit or higher).
We no longer offer support for Windows 8."

I don't know why, but the console also shows Windows 10 instead of Windows 11.

The Setups:
Works fine: SSE29
Works not: SSE30

I have the same problem. No matter which Windows version I select, the setup program only sees Windows 8.
