Artix Linux/flatpak: after recent update, several buttons inactive

Bottles/flatpak was updated recently and since then I am unable to use several buttons inside the app: specifically, the "run executable" and "add shortcuts" buttons now do nothing when pressed. Thus I am unable to add/install any new programs inside my bottle. The executables that I have already installed work fine.
This is the latest version of Bottles as available on Flathub as of today, 7/21/25.

Just out of curiosity.

When you run Bottles from terminal with flatpak run com.usebottles.bottles does the terminal show anything after you click those two buttons?

No, there is no output in the terminal when clicking buttons.
