OOps something went wrong! ? How to delete old shortcut??

How can I get rid of this message? I deleted the bottle manually for some reason and now it's always showing me this message when I click run executable in any bottle.

I even attempted to completely remove Bottles, but after I reinstall Bottles the error message still persist? I probably shouldn't have deleted the file manually and use the 'delete bottle' option but I did and now it's always showing this message for some reason.

It's not that it prevents me from using bottles, it's just annoying and I would like to know how to get rid of the message somehow, maybe by clearing the cache for bottles somehow?. Thank you!

The only way I got rid of it was to just run another executable to make it go away, otherwise it always comes back up after deleting a bottle.
