Can Myst be Run?

Has anyone been able to run Myst under Bottles?
If so, how can that be accomplished?

The game starts to run, but then crashes.

PS: I still have the original CD of Myst and I was able to get it to run under Bottles. The problem is that the sound and screen resolution were awful because it is really old software.

Thanks to ChatGPT, it appears that Myst may now work. Have not fully tested it out. Too long to go into all the details.
Myst needs to be launched with the option: "-d3d11"

Evidently the following DLLs need to be installed: mf, mfplat, mfreadwrite, d3dcompiler_47.
vcrun2019, however, is a special case.

ChatGPT also asked to confirm if msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll now exist. I did not find them.
ChatGPT noted: "If you still get a white screen for videos, then Media Foundation (mf/mfplat) is still incomplete". That will have to be fixed.
ChatGPT noted: "f you can move past the book and into the island, then the VC++ runtime was the missing piece.". Yes I got onto the island, but that is where I stopped.

Well ChatGPT gave-up!!! It reported that:

Manually patch the Myst bottle using Bottles GUI
Since your Flatpak version doesn’t allow new dependencies, you’d need a Bottles version update or a rebuild of the bottle to include mf, mfplat, mfreadwrite, and vcrun2019.

Is there a way to include: mf, mfplat, mfreadwrite, and vcrun2019 into Bottles?

I was able to successfully install Myst from the GOG.com website. The good news, Myst runs. The bad news, the videos only appear as white boxes. That would seem to imply that the Myst programs requires certain (video) components from a real Windows system that is not available under Bottles.
