Install Chemdraw 25... Can people help?

Short version: The basic story is my windows exe cannot load mscoree.dll even though dotnet48 dependency is installed.
Any ideas?

Trying to install Chemdraw 25... it's a commercial package, have appropriate licensing, not trying to hack anything, just want to run it on a Linux laptop.

I started with:

I'm sorry if I'm not looking in the right place, please re-direct if there is a better place. I'm a total newb when it comes to wine setups. So, I'm on ubuntu24, and installed bottles as a flatpak, and created a bottle for chemdraw (with Win64 ... "Application" ... sys-wine-10.0 )

On the ubuntu side, I extracted the installation executable like so:

   7z l ChemDraw_25.0.2.exe
   # will list all the files in the Chemdraw executable self-extracting archive. 
   # Looking for the .msi file in the list, extract to pwd.
   7z e ChemDraw_25.0.2.exe Revvity/ChemDraw/Revvity_ChemDraw_25.0.2_x64.msi

then in the bottle I extracted it like so:

   msiexec -i Revvity_ChemDraw_25.0.2_x64.msi

The installer dialogs were fine, and the files get installed.

I added a shortcut to the chemdraw executable ( installed in C:\Program Files\RevvitySignalsSoftware\ChemDrawApplications_x64\ChemDraw.exe )

When it starts up: I get:

Now, the bottle has dotnet48 dependency installed, and one suggestion was to install it manually, so I downloaded the dotnet4.8 SDK from Microsoft, and ran that, and it seemed to install things, but when the executable is invoked, it never finds it.
