Can the output directory be renamed?

The output directory is currently 'cabin-out', is this configurable?

In cargo this is configurable with --target-dir or CARGO_TARGET_DIR, with the default being 'target'.

It looks like it currently cannot be. Maybe this can be read in the same was as Cargo?

I added these to Project.cc:

#include <ranges>
 
static std::string getBuildFromEnv() {
  if (const char* env = std::getenv("CABIN_TARGET_DIR")) {
    return std::string(env);
  }
  return "cabin-out";
}

Then dropped it in here:

-      outBasePath(rootPath / "cabin-out" / fmt::format("{}", buildProfile)),
+      outBasePath(rootPath / getBuildFromEnv() / fmt::format("{}", buildProfile)),

This seems to be a quick way to get the it working with an environment variable, though I've not quite parsed out yet how the build command works.
