Hello, how do I compare two files located on two different systems?

I'ev already seen this post but I wanna know how to compare a file from a server like 'prod' to a file from the server like 'test' , I don't know how to use DDM or FTP .

You don't need to use DDM or FTP. Check out the "Christian Jorgensen’s comparison technique" section of the post. The key is to open two VS Codes window.
