Source Migration

I am migrating source using source orbit and have a couple questions...

1. In Code4i Object Browser, is there a way to create a filter for all libraries (like wrklibpdm)? or, *ALLUSR libraries? Or, *LIBL libraries?

I create a filter over library QSYS for object type *LIB and it give me QSYS.LIB recurring, but, no libraries within QSYS. Is this a bug or a restriction?

2. When I do a migrate, I was hoping it would change my include statements. But, the files that are included are in a different library; therefore, it is not. Is there a way to tell the migrate to look in the library list for the files to include? Or, a work around for this scenario? Or, do I need to change the includes manually?

Regarding the include/copy directives. SO can clean them up after you have migrated all your source. See Cleanup capabilities

We have many different object libraries. They are not self contained and will include files from some of the other libraries. Also, we have all our source in a single source file (QSRC) rather than across the normal source files.

When I migrate a library, the RPG programs have includes in source files in other libraries.

I am trying to figure out if there's a way for the migration to convert the includes lines in the RPG source. Or, if the included files need to be in the same Library as the programs source in order to be automatically migrated. Or, can the includes be pointing to a different Library (as is the case here)?

Example:

The following include is in a RPG Program in library OPLIBR. But, the included source file/member is in library MNLIBR.
/include QSRC,MNVPROTO_H

Every attempt in migrating this source is not changing the include statement in the RPG program.

Is there something I am missing? Can I fully auto migrate source that is dependent on a file in a different library?
