source migration - fix includes

When I migrate and have it fix the \copy & \include statements. Is there a way to tell Source Orbit to NOT qualify the include file with the path?

Example: /copy qprotosrc,copyfile is fixed as /copy 'qprotosrc/copyfile.rpgleinc'

I want source orbit to fix the copy statement unqualified... /copy 'copyfile.rpgleinc'

I will be migrating my copybooks to the includes directory and will have the includes directory as part of my path.
