How to dispose manually ? Dispose once a day for example

I have a question and i don't found out on the documentation.

I want to create a cron to dispose manually at a specific time.

Do we have a function to dispose ?

I imagine i need to add a variable to keep a timestamp to keep track of the one i need to dispose.
