It's basically the Copilot PR review, and IMO better since it replies to and takes learnings from replies to its review comments and suggestions. (When I tried the same thing with Copilot, I got #415, though in hindsight I should've read the docs first.) It looks like this has been granted access to the organization for a while (soon after I requested it in... April 2024, I think?) but we never bothered to enable it, which I've now done to all repositories.
