Adding missing locales

Hey folks, thanks for such a great lib! We are using it extensively.. maybe too much.

We've got a request to support these locales:

• de-BE
• de-CH
• es-US
• fr-BE
• it-CH

We've build our tooling to match your locales, so this means either we need to contribute to this lib adding them, or implement a custom in-home solution.

• Would you accept me adding these locales?
• What is general politic about using these, maybe people somehow match to an existing locale?
