Cant disable debug on wordpress (elementor: Function WP_Scripts::add was called incorrectly)

When i gonna edit with elementor page appear around 2 and 3 warnings that was not appearing in my projects. When i put the command to disable in wp-config.php and wp-config-ddev.php both delete the command. I dont have those warnings 1 week ago.

Hi @driverfox128 - If you give more detail we might be able to help, but with this much it's hard.

Two things:

• New warnings might mean you have changed the PHP version. If we knew what warnings you were getting we might be able to offer more guidance
• If you change wp-config-ddev.php, you have to remove the #ddev-generated from it because otherwise DDEV "owns" it and will overwrite your changes. https://docs.ddev.com/en/stable/users/usage/cms-settings/

So @driverfox128 you're saying that WordPress changed its behavior to have a different value for WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY and that was the problem? Please say exactly what they changed and in what version they changed it, thanks.

Thank you. Would you consider doing a PR/edit to https://github.com/ddev/ddev/blob/main/pkg/ddevapp/wordpress/wp-config.php to show what it should be now in your opinion, after 6.9.1 ?
