Deepgram STT: sometimes not outputting any transcription when call made via phone call

I am using nova-3 model english model. sometimes not outputting any transcription when call made via phone call

My request id given below

same audio, if i process offline, transcription is coming perfectily fine.

In our logs i'm seeing the following error for this request 3de34836-49f5-4fd7-8404-983cd3664bbe

Input should be a valid string.

Suggestion: Use a valid value for keyterm.
This error is basically saying: The API expected keyterm to be a single string.

I'd try removing those periods, you shouldn't need them, it might be causing your issue.

just one more thing to add here, It's quite possible we might have a bug in our Python SDK for key terms, deepgram/deepgram-python-sdk#629 I'm going to spend some time looking into this soon , but if you find you still hit this error please let me know It will help me validate the issue.
