Error while copying content to a stream

We've had some odd behavior today using the Deepgram APIs to transcribe MP3 files (and yes we made updates to account for the recently deprecated API regarding sentiments and summarization). Submitting a file, we are getting an exception thrown (A task was cancelled) with an inner exception of "Error while copying content to a stream"), then trying again later without any changes, works. There doesnt seem to be a pattern (sometimes it works the first time, sometimes the second, sometimes several attempts before it succeeds.

Has anyone else experienced this? We've been using this service for 18+ months with no such problems, and this behavior has just started happening as of 11/5/2025 which coincides with an update to the REST APIs which deprecated select Intelligence features (which we updated our side to accommodate). the problem has been occurring at least once or twice per day since 11/5

I see an error in our logs:

For these 3 requests you mentioned.

Error: Unexpected query parameter: topics=['true']
Error: Request failed with status code 422

This is a bit odd since this is the correct API parameter to use.

Just to confirm :

1. Are you doing direct API requests, or are you using our .NET SDK by any chance?
2. You mention this occurs on occasion, but not every request. How often is this occurring?
