Unable to Sign Up for Deepgram - "Something Went Wrong" Error

I'm trying to sign up for Deepgram to use their speech-to-text API, but I keep getting a "Something went wrong! Please try again" error no matter which signup method I use (Google, GitHub, email, etc.).

I've tried:

• Different browsers
• Clearing cache and cookies
• Different signup methods
• Multiple times over the past few days

Has anyone else encountered this issue recently? I saw some similar reports on their GitHub discussions from earlier this year, but wondering if this is still an ongoing problem or if there's a workaround.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hey, I am facing the exact issue. When I inspected the console logs, it was a CORS problem. The server side is blocking the frontend request. I was sent by my startup to test Deepgram to see if we will adopt it, but I have been unable to log in for a week now.

Update:
I managed to sign up with outlook email. But i typed it, i didn't use the microsoft button.
I see gmail's acoounts are blocked.

This is SO broken. I've tried on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge and all experience the same issue. Cannot create an account with a gmail or non-gmail domain, can't use any of the third party services to authenticate. It seems Deepgram signup just DOES NOT WORK at all. Multiple machines, every browser I have, different emails and email domains, and in every single instance and every combination of factors "Something went wrong". There are github issues on this dating back over six months. Why is Deepgram actively trying not to get more customers?

At this point I think I may just need to rewrite the TTS portions of my app to use a competitor that wants my business. Why on earth not just use Auth0 or something if this is such a problem.

btw - the bot's automatic "thumbs up" comes off as completely passive aggressive when someone is completely unable to use the service due to a serious bug. Are you all just trying to pump up some engagement metric with that?

I'm having the same issue. Tried with github and google accounts, with the emails addresses itself: nothing.
