I’m reaching out to request an update on our Startup Program application for SMARTOVATE LTD. We are a Voice AI Agent platform currently waiting to finalize our AWS Activate Partner $100,000 credit allocation.

Status: Applied and followed up via email, but have not yet received a response.

Our Integration:
We have built a full-stack architecture deep-integrated with Deepgram, relying on your suite for:
Real-time STT & TTS: Achieving ultra-low "mouth-to-ear" latency for conversational agents.
Audio Intelligence: Powering our post-call analytics engine.
We are ready to move from development into a high-density commercial rollout on AWS this week. Could a member of the startup team please check our status or let us know if additional verification for the $100k tier is required?

To clarify, this is an inquiry regarding our Startup Program Application ($100k AWS Activate tier) rather than a technical bug, but to answer your questions for our implementation:
Programming Language: We are working in Python.
Deepgram Products: We are using the full suite, including Real-time STT, Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Audio Intelligence (Sentiment Analysis & Summarization).
We have already built our integration and are ready for high-volume commercial rollout this week. We are just waiting for the $100,000 credit allocation linked to our AWS Activate status (Project ID: 38ebcef5-6456-4ba6-973a-0a515d93523b).
