4.1.0 - incremental improvements

Hello,

I just released version 4.1.0 to PyPI that has been unreleased for the last two years or so. This release contains a good chunk of improvements that could have shipped earlier, keeping the momentum on releases. That would also have prevented some confusion because the README contains unreleased features

Notably, some changes have shipped that fix HTML validation issues (#330 and #328) which have been a bit of an eyesore for me in my projects, especially if they are caused by a dependency that you have no direct control over 😄

Django Recaptcha is now also once again compatible with the latest Python and Django versions.
