Exercises don't always load fully

When navigating to exercise descriptions, sometimes these don't fully load in. Then the problem looks as follows.

Usually reloading the problem in my browser seems to fix the issue.

But recently I had a pupil encountering this problem in the Safe Exam Browser. Reloading the page, nothing seemed to "force" the page to be fully loaded. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any proposed fixes? (I can try to document the issue further with that student)

Hi Dieter,

Thanks for notifying us about this issue. I think I have found the root cause of the issue and hope to deploy a fix for it soon.
We will notify you once it is in production.

In the meantime, aside from refreshing the page, resizing the browser such that the width becomes very small and then enlarging it again should also trigger the full expansion of the exercise description. Hopefully this will also work in SEB.

We published a fix for this issue in production.

The problem remained during my examination. On two laptops with a 'different' screen resolution/aspect ratio exercises didn't load fully. Refreshing the page, resizing the window didn't help to resolve the issue. A different laptop was supplied to the students.

I have made a video of the problem and will send it through email.

Did a refresh work, or did the Safe Exam Browser block the JavaScript code that expands the page altogether?

It doesn't immediately give me a clue on what the cause is, but I'll try again to reproduce this to hopefully provide a better fix.
I could be that SEB is blocking some of the relevant javascript, but in that case it is odd that it is only happening on those two computers.

It might help to know if those students are using a specific OS version and/or a specific SEB version, which might help me reproduce the issue.

Refresh didn't work. Resize didn't work either. (Which should normally also trigger a resize). So the relevant js is blocked.

One was using a Surface Laptop (just running windows 11) and the other student some version of mac os.
I'll check for the SEB versions numbers. (but I guess they are using the latest versions...)

The mac OS laptop had "version 3.3.3, 151C0". Not the latest version though.

I haven't been able to contact the student with the Surface laptop to get his version of SEB.
