Exercises don't always load fully #121

Hi Dieter, Thanks for notifying us about this issue. I think I have found the root cause of the issue and hope to deploy a fix for it soon. In the meantime, aside from refreshing the page, resizing the browser such that the width becomes very small and then enlarging it again should also trigger the full expansion of the exercise description. Hopefully this will also work in SEB. |

The problem remained during my examination. On two laptops with a 'different' screen resolution/aspect ratio exercises didn't load fully. Refreshing the page, resizing the window didn't help to resolve the issue. A different laptop was supplied to the students. I have made a video of the problem and will send it through email. |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.

When navigating to exercise descriptions, sometimes these don't fully load in. Then the problem looks as follows.
Usually reloading the problem in my browser seems to fix the issue.
But recently I had a pupil encountering this problem in the Safe Exam Browser. Reloading the page, nothing seemed to "force" the page to be fully loaded. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any proposed fixes? (I can try to document the issue further with that student)
