• how to proceed with the topic?
  • current state
    • requirements are valid
    • rust community don't want to change the rust crate api
    • Consequence S-Core based implementation is needed
      - Quorix is willing to contribute for the rust implementation (dev step by dev step).
  • Quorix requested: Reviews shall be finished in 5 working days. After that time the assumption is: Quorix internal review is enough.
    This shall guarantee a fast implementation also, if all dev steps are public. => Check with the technical leads.

2. Info: Bazel version is updated to 8.3.1. This required update to gtest 1.17. @arsibo, check with the logging team. => no topic for log for this release
