Jetty's latest release is 12.1.1:

Tycho's latest release is 5.0.0.
The 4.x stream is EOL for 4.0.13.
I've migrated many projects to 5.x so that should go very smoothly;
it requires Java 21 but of course you can still target Java 8 for your bundles.

It's a good time to eliminate source features.
