Thanks for alterting me to the broken state so that I could fix it. Jetty's latest release is 12.0.22:

Tycho's latest release is 4.0.13.
This anticipated to be the EOL version for the 4.x stream.
Preliminary testing suggests that the transition to 5.x should go very smoothly;
it requires Java 21 but of course you can still target Java 8 for your bundles.
