ELEMENTARY OS FREEZING

I am using this OS for a month but this time this OS getting crashed uncountable times. It's crashing even when I am using basic applications. Need to do a hard restart every time.

my system specs are - ryzen 3 3200G, 8GB RAM ( 3000 MHz ), 240GB SSD (system) & 1TB SSD.

All apps, packages & Drivers are up-to-date.

Too many negative experiences with this OS. Going to Ubuntu, hoping that one will not be like elementary.
