Add support for APDS-9930 sensor

Describe the component you'd like

I'm interested in adding support for (not really new, 10yo) APDS-9930 sensor.
It is a simpler and (at least seems like) older brother of APDS-9960 with simpler functions.

What are your use cases for this component?

Basically, the same as APDS-9960 (except gestures):

• ambient light sensing
• proximity detection

What fake facebook login are you talking about?

The sensor is still being sold on Amazon, ebay, aliexpress, mouser, many other sites.
