Posted at 2015-12-07 by @gfwilliams Oh, sorry - I should update the page with some info. It's either 1206 or 1210 - so something like this is good: http://uk.farnell.com/murata/grm31cr60j476ke19l/cap-mlcc-x5r-47uf-6-3v-1206/dp/1828809 |

Posted at 2015-12-08 by d0773d @gfwilliams thanks! I purchased a bunch of caps from mouser. I have yet to purchase from farnell. It looks like farnell is based out of the UK. I wonder if farnell has a distribution center in the US... |

Posted at 2015-12-08 by @gfwilliams Farnell = Element14 = Newark I believe, and they do have centres in the US. But you could easily get something similar from Mouser - just search for |

Posted at 2015-12-08 by DrAzzy In the US, digikey is where it's at, imo. Dirt cheap lightning fast shipping, as well as huge selection and generally good prices. Caps like that are basically available from any major electronics supplier |

Posted at 2015-12-25 by d0773d @drazzy I had a look at digikey and they seem cheaper than mouser by a few cents. Looks like I will be using digikey now :-) |

I see the 47uf marking on the Rev2 version of the esp8266 shim PCB, but I'm not sure what the footprint of the 47uf cap is needed?
