PWM ... doc error or misunderstanding?

I'm not sure if this is a doc error or if I am not understanding something ... if we look at this page as of the date of this posting:

http://www.espruino.com/PWM

The sample says:

eg. analogWrite(A0, 0.2) (Pulse high for 10% of the time)

Does a value of 0.2 not mean 20% of the time as opposed to 10%?

looks like a typo. 0.2 is 20%
