Posted at 2016-09-08 by JumJum Prices will drop in the future, in China its less than 3$. Posted at 2016-09-08 by DrAzzy That chip is epic. Goddamn. All that sram! And hardware pwm, and sounds like cup-of-coffee pricing... Posted at 2016-09-09 by @gfwilliams Yeah, it looks pretty interesting - especially the fact it's got all that ROM on chip (unlike the ESP8266). If it is truly FreeRTOS then targeting Espruino to FreeRTOS rather than ESP32 specifically would seem like a smart move. It would almost certainly make development easier (since work could start on boards that have a built-in debugger), and it'd open up a bunch of other boards too, like (hopefully) all the WICED based stuff like the EMW3165 and Amazon Dash button. Unfortunately with everything that's going on I don't have time to spare for this. Hopefully someone will be able to pick it up, but if some company (EspressIF?) wanted to sponsor the work we could get it done more quickly and integrate it better with the existing Espruino codebase. |

Hi!
Just reading about the new ESP3212 (on sale at seedstudio). Wouldn't that one be a good candidate to run Espruino on?
Best Regards
Standa
