Backlight dead?

Hello, yesterday I got my bangle.js 2, and at first it worked perfectly, but now the backlight won't turn on.

Earlier today I left the watch to charge, and when I picked it up at 100% I noticed the backlight would flicker and turn off after a second. I could get it to flicker some more by pressing on the back. Some time later it stopped turning on at all.

It's quite evidently an hw issue, but for good measure I tried to factory reset the watch, to no avail.

What can I do about this?

Sorry to hear about this - I'm not sure I've heard of a Bangle that's failed that way before.
