sure, for example - by manufacturer - https://www.raytac.com/product/ins.php?index_id=31 - as by all MDBT42Q BLE based modules... and Espruino Original and Pico boards (CE ROHS)...

Non-Espruino sourced boards - where Espruino firmware runs on, for exmple espressif chips, modules and boards - as per manufacturer's specs: yes - CE FCC ROHS.
