I think likely we'd need to see some logs from Gadgetbridge to figure out what's going on (https://gadgetbridge.org/internals/topics/logs/), but this should be implemented and should work. This sounds like a bug, but I am not sure how it would happen. Would you be able to provide some logs after the sync is triggered? Since they may contain some personal / activity data, feel free to DM them to me here / on matrix at joserebelo:matrix.org / decline altogether. I will try and go through the code / test this out to see if any regression may have been introduced in the meanwhile. |

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forums, but I'd imagine that it's within this community that the bangle gadgetbridge app gets maintained.
Over the past year that I've had my bangle.js 2 device, the activity fetching seems to work well when the device is connected. However, say when I've connected part way through the day, activity data doesn't seem to fetch the history prior to connecting. Ex: the watch might show 5000 steps, but only 1000 gets fetched into gadgetbridge. I'm running the most recent firmware for the watch and app. Is this a known issue already that cannot be resolved due to technicalities or is it just unique to my experience with the device and app?
