A romance with Formance.

I have just discovered the Formance platform....a very exciting development indeed. I look forward to participating in the design and development of this modern money management platform and the core machisms it contains.

What attracted me was the clean crisp conceptual model that Formance has adopted within the framework. The four core components provide the central constructs needed by financial services organisations to operate. Ledger, Connectivity, Flow and Reconciliation modules form a holistic solution around which money and the movement of it can be easily controlled, audited and managed.

The adoption of this platform should drive down the cost of providing banking services and lead to bank in a box systems that reduce the barriers to entry and ongoing costs of running financial institutions.
