Why outdated traefik?

Just curious, why Traefik 3.1?
Latest version is 3.3 and 3.1 is out of support since last October if I remember correctly.
Are there any technical reasons?

No particular reason - it's just the version we used when developing the first versions, and have yet to update it. I don't think any of the new versions should break the system. We've had some people report that newer versions work fine. Let me know how it goes, and we will look into using a newer version in the installer. :)
