[Feature Request]: rules & auth groups/policies

Hi,
first of all I would like to thank you for the great work on this project.
I would like to suggest a modification to make the rules easier to work with. At the moment for each resource i have to fill IP addreses or path, since i have a lot of them and if the addresses are repeated it's difficult. So I suggest to create per organization rule group where we define ip addresses or paths and then for a given resource we select the group.

I'd like to chime in as I was just thinking that rule policies are needed in place of the current rule system. Cloudflare zero trust made this change sometime (maybe last year?), where you must create the policy outside of the Access rule, then reference the policy. This way you can reference the same policy for multiple resources.

Very interested in the Rule Templates feature and it seems like it was merged to policies last year
