can I install pangolin to vps which running wireguard already?

I've a vps running wireguard at port 51820 already. if I change port can I install pangolin or do I need to uninstall wireguard beforehand?

You can still run Pangolin. Once you setup Pangolin you can change the port used for WireGuard in the config file and docker compose file
