I am trying to save my changes I made on my Ubuntu 22.04.5 (Flatpak version) but it keeps failing to save or even applying the changes with Error creating textual authentication agent: Error opening current controlling terminal for the process (/dev/tty'): No such device or address`

please note i tried giving the application devices=all permission using Flatseal, but it didn't work too (it seems like a problem within my hardening stages of the OS)

It seems like Polkit is not properly configured on your system. You might want to look into that.
