New discussions without any feedback

Hello,
We have implemented Giscus for our documentation pages. Sometimes we are notified about new discussion but when we check there is nothing in it. No comment or reaction. Would you know why Giscus would trigger new discussion for such cases?

Probably somebody clicked the reaction button (thumbs up, rocket, etc.) and then unclicked it.

Please don't use the discussions to sell your platform. Your comment reads like AI slop that doesn't make sense.

A user loading the Giscus widget but leaving before submitting a comment.

Loading the widget will not trigger a discussion creation at all until they submit a comment, so this is false.

Webhook or GitHub API delay during synchronization between your repo and Giscus.

??? giscus doesn't store the discussions, so there isn't really any "synchronization" between the two. Besides, what the user reported is seen on GitHub itself, so this doesn't make sense.

Or if a page is indexed multiple times (for example, a bot or cache refresh), causing Giscus to initialize a blank discussion ID.

??? I don't even know what this is.

This is not the first time you wrote a comment that doesn't meaningfully contribute to the discussion, while simultaneously promoting your platform. Previous comment: https://github.com/orgs/giscus/discussions/1045#discussioncomment-14823288, I've edited it to remove the promotion.
