Automate the first comment for all posts

Hi @laymonage,

Is there any way to automate the first comment of all posts? My idea is that a comment always appears below that says "What did you think of the post, tell us"

And also avoid the GitHub email that is sent when the first user creates a discussion for the first time

Could be done with a GitHub action when you submit a new post.
