Proposal

Good morning, regarding the on-premise version 4.13.14, we wanted to ask if the following features are present, or if so, in which version they are present.

1. The platform functionality for "hiding" (equivalent to logical deletion) a report;
2. The platform functionality for deleting reports, and related documentation, five years after the date of notification of the final outcome of the reporting procedure;
3. The functionality of the two-factor authentication mode;

Release 4.13.14 is now two years old and cannot any longer being supported.

Anyhow here follows some answers:

• Logical deletion is not supported; we believe in strict data retention policies and the fact that a content either exist or not exist and for this reason we iumplement only secure deletion. If your need is to delete a content but subject real deletion to a delay this is going to implemented soon.
• Deletion after closure of the report: this is possible and configurable in version 5
• Two factor authentication was always present since version 2 of the software and how to use it is detailed in the up-to-date documentation.
