Hello @evilaliv3 I do see reports in the audit page.
The nr. 4 was created by one of the standard (and already configured) receivers. After he told me he could NOT see it, I created 2 more reports to check, 5 and 6. They cannot be deleted by the retention policy, and I see them in the audit. Thanks, |

Hello @evilaliv3 With my test account, I can now see the reports. Those in gray and not selectable I assume are not visible because the member was added later on in the channel.
One question popping up in my mind is: would you suggest to reset the existing reports and counters going in Settings / Advanced, at this point? Thanks again a lot for your help and guidance, really appreciated!!!!! |

We do have a globaleaks instance available here

version 5.0.85
I am admin of the instance.
For some reasons I ignore, the users with role Recipients cannot see any report.
The table looks empty at all to them.
However, with admin login, I can see some in the Db.
I've tried to create update version to 5.0.85 and it did not work.
I've also create a new users as Recipient, but also this new user cannot see any report.
If you have any idea how this happened and how it can be fixed, please help.
