globaleaks.org and deb.globaleaks.org unreachable from multiple networks (No route to host)

Hello,

we are experiencing connectivity failures to GlobaLeaks infrastructure that appear to be external to our deployment.

Both the main website and the Debian repository are currently unreachable from multiple, unrelated networks. As a consequence, internal GlobaLeaks jobs that depend on these endpoints fail and raise connection errors.

Error observed in GlobaLeaks:

Affected domains:

https://www.globaleaks.org

https://deb.globaleaks.org

Both resolve to the same endpoints:

IPv4: 95.174.23.119

IPv6: 2001:4b7a:2000:27::2

**Reproduction / Evidence:

From AWS EC2 (production environment):**

curl -v https://deb.globaleaks.org
connect to 95.174.23.119 port 443 failed: No route to host

From University of Granada network (different ISP / ASN):

curl -v https://deb.globaleaks.org
curl -v https://www.globaleaks.org
IPv6: Network is unreachable
IPv4: No route to host

This behaviour is identical across networks, which suggests a server-side outage or upstream routing/BGP issue, rather than a local firewall or configuration problem. Other HTTPS destinations are reachable from the same hosts. IPv6 is unavailable from our networks, but IPv4 also fails

Can you confirm whether there is an ongoing outage, a routing / provider issue, or any planned changes affecting these endpoints?

Additional info:

docs.globaleaks.org is reachable and resolves to readthedocs.io (Cloudflare),
while www.globaleaks.org and deb.globaleaks.org both resolve to 95.174.23.119
and are unreachable from multiple networks.

This suggests the issue is limited to GlobaLeaks own hosting / provider,
not a general domain or DNS problem.
