Mobile responsive design and mobile browser compatibly issue

Having some issue when viewing reports on mobile.
1- the attachment section in view report are not mobile responsive see screenshot

2- Unable to view attachment when using chrome on iOS device
Anybody encouter these issues and are there any solutions or workaround?

Regarding the mobile responsivity issue i'm going to open a ticket dedicate to retest the current whole app and fix the main present defects. I will tag you so that you can follow and possibly support the activity or just the identification of the problems.

Regarding the issue in openin the file would you please clarify which issue are you incurring into and which phone / os version / browser version are you using? are you able to collect some more detail?

Have tried on 3 phones

iPhone 17 pro max
iOS: 26.2
Safari

iPhone 15 pro max
iOS: 18.6.2
Chrome app: 143.0.7499.151

iPhone 14
iOS: 16.2
Chrome app: 121.0.6167.138

Please see screenshot on what the actual issue is, was able to attached but when viewing the report it does not show the attachement this is not an issue on Android. Could it be a mobile responsive issue as well?

@evilaliv3 @pitan86 I have implemented the change and tested locally, now the attachments are visible and accessible

Regarding the responsiveness issue, a full responsiveness review is underway, so it will be tackled in a few days.

At the moment, I’m not able to reproduce the issue. It seems to me more like a problem with the icon’s display rather than a browser incompatibility.

@AnXh3L0: From the screenshots, I see that the "eye" icon disappears, which looks to me like more of a responsiveness issue. Could you please clarify why you think this is related to the specific behavior of Safari when opening blobs? The blob is created only after the modal is opened.

Additionally, unfortunately, we will need to explore an alternative to a patch that adds 'allow-same-origin', since this would completely remove the isolation properties we designed for the file viewer.

@evilaliv3 from the first screenshot we see that the View icon disappears, but in the second comment the attachments don't show at all. I will test again in what kind of cases this happens, because I wasn't able to get the case with the missing eye icon/view button, I didn't see the attachments at all.

I don't know yet if this is a regression or if this is an edge case, to be figured out.

Thank you Do you mind taking some screenshots again and marking the defects? We are not able to understand if the defect you notice is a missing icon/button or if you have a failure while opening the viewer clocking the button.

Sorry that was a bad example see below screenshot. It's only happening on Chrome on iOS, working fine on Chrome on Android.

Hi, just an update the mobile responsive design is fixed with the latest version, but still having iOS issues.
With the latest iOS 26.2, Safari able to upload attachments but after you submit the attachments doesn't show up for the reporter or recipients like it was never uploaded.

I have just updated to 5.0.88 and tested on iOS, both Safari and Chrome browsers, getting the error below when submitting report with an attachment.

Just to add, I tried uploading from the camera, pictures and file all shows the same error.

Is this the same issue already reporting ? In my understanding it is a different issue.
