Hello, i orderd a Tuya Zigbee Bewegungssensor 10G MmWave Radar Smart Human Body Sensor mit Beleuchtungsstärke Temperatur Luftfeuchtigkeit Funktioniert mit Alexa Google from Aliexpress.

The Device got more function as ZHA recognizes
So i use the ZHA 🧰 Toolkit and logged the Device.
Scan result is attached.

In the past i used Zigbee2Tasmota, there i received this sensoric from the device:
BatteryPercentage
Temperature
Humidity
LinkQuality
Endpoint
Illuminance
Occupancy
ZoneStatusChange

I especially miss the sensitivity sensor because it recognizes me but not my little daughter.

Looks like I'm is the same boat as you are. I am using ZHA with this sensor and would also like to adjust the sensitivity. It looks like it can be set using ZigbeeToMQTT with Home Assistant, but since I have only one Zigbee coordinator, ALL my Zigbee devices would nee to be migrated to Z2MQTT. I'm not sure I want to do that - yet.
I'm not sure how tall your daughter is, but maybe mounting the sensor lower or angling it down might help. The 'default' sensitivity seem to be set to a max range of about 3 meters, if that helps.
Meanwhile, and help in setting the sensitivity of these devices - while on ZHA - would be great!

Hi. Same problems here. Used this quirk: zigpy/zha-device-handlers#4268

But the default setting in adjustment seem to be the max value. It's about 7 on the slider. If you raise it you'll get false detection.
