Hourly Usage Tracking for iTwin platform

Bentley reports currently lack hourly usage tracking, which is essential for monitoring iTwin subscription credit consumption. Adding this feature would improve transparency, optimize resource allocation, and prevent unexpected overages.

I have had admins in a few different organizations ask me recently for some kind of Audit Trail type reporting to list all of the individuals who have viewed their iModels. I could see that request expanding to more of a report on the features being used and even the duration of (active) time spent on tasks.
